Meet Ian & Lizzie

Our story began with an open house and a cup of coffee.

 

In 2024, Lizzie invited Ian (founder of Guesthouse Coffee) to serve coffee at one of her listings. What started as a creative way to welcome buyers turned into something bigger: a shared vision for how real estate could feel more human, more intentional, and more connected.

 

From there, we launched SAME SAME BUT DIFFERENT: a series of pop-up real estate and coffee events across Denver, where we brewed espresso, talked market insights, and gave back to the community.

 

Today, we’re business (and life) partners. Ian is now a licensed real estate agent focused on creative strategy, while Lizzie leads with negotiation, detail, and deep industry experience. We combine our strengths to offer an experience that’s thoughtful, approachable, and tailored to the people we work with.
