The first edition of my newsletter is here! Hell yes! I’ve been brainstorming this for a long time. I wanted to create something that I would actually want to receive… Something that is real & authentic and provides value to the people in my life.
Because here’s the thing: as I build my career as a real estate professional, I’ve been battling a LOT of internal resistance about trying to fit myself into some “real estate agent” box of a brand. And I’m starting to realize that this resistance is actually a freaking great thing. Because who in the hell wants just another real estate agent? Nobody.
I chose to completely change the trajectory of my life and full send it into the real estate industry because I actually really love real estate and I actually really love helping people. If you know me personally, you know this to be true. If you don’t, well, then, here’s to hoping you do someday.
Because the truth is that I chose this career long before I knew how saturated the industry was and how crazy difficult it was going to be to earn the trust and respect (and ultimately, the business) of someone looking for an agent.
Trying to be something that I’m not is never going to work out for me. And if I know one thing for sure it’s that I’m not just another real estate agent. Nope. No way. I’m multi-passionate and sometimes that can be overwhelming. But when you authentically step into all that you are, it sets you free to truly connect with people in a much deeper way. Vulnerability is a superpower.
So here’s to challenging the status quo. And doing awesome shit. And having a great freaking week.
